We had the distinct pleasure of being hosted by UBC’s very own radio channel, CiTR 101.9FM, for the 12 Hours of Student Power radio event on November 21st! Active members Sayan and Alison, who are also respectively the Executive and Operations directors of Rise Upcycling, were joined by Annie, the Creative Director of Rise, to talk about the Student Environment Centre, Rise Upcycling, and our recent (and still ongoing) Back to the Hankies Campaign, which has brought both groups together to create momentum around the idea of hankies.
